1. The design ideas

      It woven wire filters are widely used in the industrial distillation, absorption, evaporation, filtration and other process of Petroleum, chemical, oil refining, light industry, medicine, metallurgy, machinery, ships, cars, tractors and other,it eliminate liquid droplets and liquid foam entrainmenting by the steam or gas

3. The scope of application

   (1). It applies to stainless steel wire braid SUS304,SUS316,316 Land Tinned copper wire, purple copper wire, phosphorus copper wire, nickel wire, stainless wire,the diameter of silk from 0.15mm to 0.26mm is suitable.

   (2). It weaving the surface of the filter sets of U-shaped mesh-like, smooth, clear; and the width of the fabric will controled in 3mm-1500mm, the number of  mesh controled in 28-30 / 10 cm. and mesh density and mesh can be designed and manufactured according to the needs of customer.

6, Main technical characteristics of machines

   (1), The machine is equipped with a computer control system has a memory function, the main drive and curl part is equipped with inverters respectively, adjustment frequency of rotational automaticly, have the function a buffer to start and control broken wires and loopholes.

   (2), The machine is equipped with memories of long, and has function of automatically set and control the length of woven filter.

   (3), It have the function of automatic shutdown when a broken wire, Broken Needle alarm switch on.

   (4), It can shutdown and restart when the scheduled length of the fabric is arrived.

7, Operating Principle

   (1), It used AC 220V --- 240V, frequency 50HZ, the main electric motor and the coil are controled by the inverter, three-phase output voltage of 220V --- 240V; output set frequency 50HZ.

   (2), Open the power switch of power SA, allows inverter 1 and inverter 2 in a working state by FU1, FU2 insurance, panel display the frequency of operating.

   (3), Adjustment the barrels of needle to install needles, adjust the angle of the importation of silk and put the silk through the hanging hook,put on the switch of the main motor and Coil and Traction Motor power, weaving machines in a normal working condition.

   (4), In case of needle broken,silk broken and the scheduled length of  fabric are arrivalde, the alarm beep flashing lights, after troubleshooting into the working procedures of the next cycle by mode of operation 2 and circle in this way.

   (5), To ensure the safety of machine using control voltage 36V, One end of the second coil of isolation transformer grounding, therefore it must have a reliable protection of grounding.
